aka the Birdman.
New York City.
Fantastic portrait, Patti. Love the light on his face and his hair.
Thank you Jane, Larry’s a natural.
I guess Larry saw the parties of 1968… a lovely portrait, showing age but as well care (soft looking hairs and a bandana)… :-)c
Larry has seen a lot, thank you Giovannoni.
Wow!!!im at a loss for words !!!!❤️👏
This is amazing!! What a stunning and expressive portrait, Patti!
That’s Larry for you, thank you Anette.
Great street portrait Patti. He looks a little like a friend I used to smoke doobies with 😀
Smoking was much kinder to your complexion Joe!
Great shot of him!! And without his beloved pigeons a shot I took of him this summer was just featured in one of the FB gallery pages !
Yes Pat, no pigeons but we were watching a young hawk nearby. Larry was beside himself, with his doll. Love your shot of Larry at home and well done on “Best of Best.”
Nice portrait. You’ve captured his character well, even without a bird in sight.
You know the birds can’t be too far away? Thank you Lignum.
What an interesting street character and great portrait, Patti. A wonderful study in portrait and street photography.
Thank you kindly Stefan.
That man has lived. A great photo Patti.
Larry has stories . . . . thank you Gerard.
Stunning, what an engaging expression. Larry looks like one cool customer.
You can’t miss Larry in a crowd. Thank you Richard.

Thank you Cardinal.
Wonderful energy…I’m sure Larry loves it too ☺️
Wish I had Larry’s energy, thank you Hedy.
Can’t imagine you don’t have it and then some! Happy day to you Patti ☺️
Now I need to go google Larry, aka The Birdman.
For some reason, this portrait (which is excellent), made me think about his Mother … perhaps I am assuming too much about Larry’s story
“No Your City” with Larry the Birdman is an interesting starting point!
What a lovely portrait… Great work.
Thank you Malin.
Oh wow….good one.
Thank you so much Margie.
Grateful thanks Rabirius.
Most natural portrait.
Larry’s certainly a natural! Thank you Allan.
Big thank you!
love Larry ☺️
😀 Thank you Hedy!
would be a fine exposition, your NY portrait series!
Thank you so much Frizz!!
His face looks a bit surprised out.
Interesting comment, thank you so much Ronald!
Sometimes when I go through your photos I wonder how much time you spend on the street. The characters you find, Patti 🙂 I think he was posing, but it doesn’t look that way.
I think it’s safe to say I spend a lot of time on the streets. In certain situations, conversation always comes first and then maybe a photo. If I remember to ask!
captivating portrait, Patti, great street character…
What a face. Would love to hear his story!
