Spinning out the snow . . .
So the big blizzard of 2015 was a bit of a fizzle, at least here in NYC, but in the hours of expectation and anticipation of the coming Snowmageddon there was time to go out and chase some snowflakes, stock up on bread, milk and candles. Which is when I met free-wheeling Lawrence and Fred who weren't letting a little snow get in their way. Fred's hoping to move up to a hotter set of wheels one day.
How great is this, they sure look like they’re having fun! I guess we got all your snow!

Yes, keep the candles handy. We have a small generator, just in case! Used it a couple of times when the grid was down. Lovely snow and the anticipation of a killer storm loomimg must have kept many awake.
Not sure that it kept too many awake Gerard, the anticipation was exhausting!
Wow, all I can think seeing these — challenging to say the least to be in a wheelchair when it snows. Great photos.

Thank you Antonia! While the heavy snow missed NYC it did cause huge damage further up the line in Massachusetts and very heavy snow fell out in Long Island . . . 😦
That is way to little snow for a Norwegian, but interesting to see. And good documentary as always.

Egads, now you are bringing Snowmaggedon here where practically every day in the winter is Snowmaggedon. (That’s right I am Canadian. lol)
The snowmageddon, after all the harsh warnings, didn’t happen down here, but found its true path instead to happier hunting grounds up your way!
