Zoning out with a dose of Blue Friday.
Hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving, (surely it's not so last year already, is it . . .?)
and best week-end wishes to all!
A belated happy Thanksgiving and just hope the turkeys weren’t too nervous this year. Thank you for that lovely spruce or pine sprig shot. I do remember a white Christmas, so long ago. Even so, we have both heaters going, so…the Aussie summer is late.
Patti, loved the shot. Firs are always good for pictures as they don’t get overly branchy like oaks, maples etc. And they smell nice. Oh, it’s 3:48 EST and camera hasn’t arrived yet. Considering a phone call to vendor to find out how it was shipped and who I’ll have to vent on. Once is bad, twice. I’m suspecting bad karma crashing down on me. Wish I could be in CO. Visited once years ago and fell in love. Check out the train museum outside of Denver.
Thanksgiving eh.. that’s when you guys eat turkey – well up Lismore way right now the dogs are eating the foals, the foxes are eating the rabbits, the bandicoots are eating the grubs, and the mossies are eating everyone. Just as well I don’t have a shot of all that. Happy Days PK.
Thank you Lyn! That holiday insanity is something else isn’t it? I am wondering how long I can stay in denial of the whole business . . .
Hope all fine with you!

You have heaters on now? Hope it warms up for you soon! Thank you Gerard for Thanksgiving wishes, we are saving the turkey for Christmas!
That’s beautiful, Patti, and so far from the gritty streets I’d say you are zoned out and enjoying the holiday. 🙂
Thank you Meredith, I think the altitude has helped with zoning me out . . .

The sky was such a pretty, and very bright, blue! Thank you MyBrightLife!
Zoning out with a bit of blues music perhaps? This is a lovely shot. Have a great weekend.
Not exactly blues but Miles Davis’ Blue Note is giving me goosebumps at the moment.
Thank you Lignum for kind words and I hope you annoying your new camera!
I could use some zoning out too. I love this bluish atmosphere 🙂 Have a nice weekend, Patti!
If it’s any consolation Paula we are now zoning out in front of the television, watching College Football . . . We seize our moments I suppose!

The week-ends are coming around so much more quickly now . . . . thank you so much Madhu!

Almost like a painting. excellent work with focus and sharpness, looks like underwater, an abstract photo, with lot of beauty.
Kerlund, thank you! I love your underwater thought!
Definately one to dream to Patti – it feels a bit like a spell, if I look too long I might fall into it…!
Thank you so much Cath! A place to fall into and hide away from all the jingle bells . . . !
That is really a nice one, Patti.
