Some people hear music and they just have to get up and dance!
A shady corner in the brilliant spring sunshine of Union Square.

looks like a great party to warm things up.
There was so much happening down there, in that casual crazy way!
Patti, you continue to be a wonderful ambassador for a great city. Thank you for that.
Charles, I am overcome, honestly, and thank you so much!
Rhythm in their blood 🙂 Fabulous and fun shot Patti.
This boy was flying while the drummer, and unseen saxophonist, kept the rhythm going for so long!
Now there is a guy with a “spring” in his step!
Perfect timing, Patti. And another great shot!
You said it Annie, very well!
Thank you Tom!
and a lot of people enjoying it!
All the fun of the circus down there!
Looks like fun Patti … cold but warming 😉
The sunshine had Matthew Silver, an entertainer, out in his one piece bathers. . . . it was a crazy afternoon! Shots to come – bet you can’t wait. 🙂
I am like that, Patti, but usually not on the street..
Wow Bente, I think the world deserves to see your great moves! 🙂
Take that, gravity!
Beautifully captured ‘moment’ Ms. K! I love the high-energy (I wouldn’t mind some of that myself)!
These people who make everything look so easy, and effortless . . . so with you on wanting some of that energy! Thank you as ever SiG!
Great capture, Patti! I love seeing the differences in style – the last dance off I saw over here was done in much more sober clothes.
Thank you Richard. Some of the girls in the crowd threw themselves into the ring, they were hopeless but hilarious!
These guys are good.. Also really enjoy the Float Masters who tend to busk underground in the station 😉 Nice shot!
Pat, the Float Masters are so good aren’t they – I am sure you must have some great shots of them!
Will send you a link to one i shared on JPG mag 🙂
Cool place to be♥
Cool and restful in its way, thank you Luiza!
nice to see a street party not disturbed like in Boston…
Frizz, I took this the afternoon of the Boston bombing. Union Square was very busy, full of sunshine and all sorts of crazy people (more later). Any sense of panic and bewilderment we kept to ourselves while watching, waiting and hoping for nothing further to happen . . . . anywhere.
nice timing 🙂
Thank you Joshi!
