Do you take this photographer . . . ?
For better or worse, I present my . . . Wedding Portfolio!
Only kidding! Central Park sunshine afternoon amidst the shade and shadows of love's bright lights. May they live happily ever after. (with a stunning set of photographs!) . . . . .
Hey! I know that place!
Is that you at the top of the steps?
Elegant pictures, almost make me want to get married. Ouch, ouch, ouch. Just stuck the needle under my thumbnail. It usually helps the urges pass.
Now now Tom, jaundiced issues of life’s realities should not intrude upon the hopes and dreams of happy couples. Otherwise the whole wedding business would grind to a halt and this economy needs all the help it can get!
Lol! You know the ‘togs were not liking being in FRONT of the camera for a change!
Yet they are such a big part of the picture!
Oh, that 1st photo! What an incredible freeze frame! Everyone in that photo paused in a second of infinity!
Breathtaking, Patti!
Perhaps it is a mix of shock and awe which has everyone stopped in their tracks.
Fantastic! Lovely shots.
Richard, does this mean I get the job???
If it was up to me…of course!!
Thank you Richard! It’s the thought that counts although I am not sure I could cope with the pressure!
Me neither – stress on a stick! It’s a hell of a responsibility.
Nice to see the bubble burst this way Patti!
Just sharing the love! 🙂
Thanks for capturing a magical, happy moment . Inspiring ! I’m glad you captured them all. Love is beautiful !
My pleasure, thank you IT! Hope the magic lasts . . .
Awesome, Ms. K! You’ve captured those ‘little moments’ so well!
I particularly like the smile on the bride’s face in the last shot…
it looks like she just feels… so sincerely happy! I love that!
🙂
Thank you Sig! It was lovely to see them all relax after all that hard work on both sides of the camera!
Great B/W photos.
Thank you Cardinal.
A lovely romantically happy moment … fabulous shots.
They were glowing!
Excellent vibrant shots – I hope you have been able to send them to the happy couple 🙂
Thank you Martin but I am sure they will be more than happy with the professional set! Hope so!
I didn’t get their contact details, nor did I leave mine with them as they seemed a little pre-occupied although not put out by my hovering in the background.
Good choice of B&W for wedding shots 🙂
Thank you Paula! Some of the coloured shots were quite “pretty” but inconsistent. . . .
looks like that place is surrounded by photographers 😉
Like fireflies on a summer’s night . . . weddings, weddings everywhere Joshi!
good vibes there!
Hope the good vibes last Frizz!
Patti, You have captured some beautiful moments here. But the first one is my favorite. That pictures beautifully express that moment where people on the steps paused for a moment. A couple in love sharing a moment of togetherness and people behind the camera working hard to capture that moment in the best possible way. Great post.
Arindam, I kept waiting for someone to call out “Action” or . . . “Cut!”
I doubt that he captured any shots better than what we see right here —
love, in black and white.
Wedding photography doesn’t come cheap and I was a little miffed to see recently some w pics that were very clearly not value for the money spent by the bride and groom. But, they were nice enough shots if someone near and dear had taken them for nothing. I do hope this couple are happy with their professional set!
You have the taste in this kind of photography my friend , Beautiful 🙂
Thanks Jake, they were very sweet!
Patti; the best!
I absolutely love the first one. A classic street image!
Thank you so much Uday!
