I always wanted to see Yosemite. The pictures are always breathtaking. Your photo just proves that it is both a wonder and an awe. Nature is the best artist of all. Thanks. Stay blessed and inspired always.
IT, you and your family would so enjoy Yosemite. One day I hope to have more time to spend some days and nights camping in the depths of Yosemite. Then I remember all the warning signs about the bears . . . imagine the breath-taking beauty of the land before we came along!
The one time I tried to get to Yosemite it started snowing and they closed the road. That was in early May several years back when we were touring round California, Nevada and Arizona. It’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to go to but don’t know if I’ll ever find the time now.
Mike, so sorry to hear you missed Yosemite but pleased to know we are in good company. We had the same experience and I share your frustration at being so near yet so far. However, we were fortunate enough to eventually get there and I so hope you find the time. To tell you the truth, it is all so wonderful but I did feel rather pathetic in the scheme of things. Ansell Adams left behind some very large footprints! I took some photos, who doesn’t, but I should just buy the book! Now you, out there with your eye, I would love to see!
BTW, did you enjoy your tour of those states?
You have captured nature’s textures so beautifully! Thank you for a serene moment in what’s becoming a hectic day.
Theresa, wishing you more serenity as the day progresses!

i can almost feel it!
