I would be a great veggie stacker/organizer as I like things to look neat and pretty! Good entry Patti!

Patti, I’ll tell you how much I like your market arrangement if WordPress will let me do so —

Thank you Judith, your comment made it through! I have also had trouble posting comments . . .

Really nice Arrangement; great interpretation of this week’s theme. :)

Thank you Arindam! I like to think that the vendor enjoys making this colourful arrangement.

All the fruit looks amazing. Yum! Wonderful take on this weeks theme.

Thank you Doris! Aren’t we so lucky to have such a good choice!

This is a good image as most folks do not think about shooting down like you have here. The only thing I would have done, if it was possible, include all of the ventor on the left, vs cutting part of him out of the photo.

Rick, thank you so much for your comment!

It was a tricky shot to get because customers kept moving in and of the frame as did the vendor who kept rearranging the produce, plus the window wasn’t the cleanest in the world! The only editing tools I use are straight from iPhoto, otherwise most of my shots are straight out of camera, I am a lazy creature . . . but I am seriously considering Photoshop and any advice or recommendations would be gratefully received and much appreciated!

Honestly Annie, that vendor is an artist – it is all his own good work! Lovely to hear from you!

I love when vegetables look organized. These look yummy.
They are my favorite. I eat them all the time. Perfect for the challnge.

You must have such a wonderful choice down where you are Isadora!

Great entry Patti! Love the neatly arranged produce… makes it look even more appealing.

Thank you Theresa, he kept it in wonderful order even with the steady stream of customers who bought from him!

Nice photo, Patti. Great color. I’d like to tap the man on the shoulder and ask him if he’d pack up all that luscious fruit bring it to Idaho. :)

    • April 6, 2012

Oh you must so know I would send you some if I could – seems only fair after all the wonderful potatoes we get from Idaho!

    NICE!
Making me a bit hungry, though.
And ‘by a bit’, I mean very. :)

Beautiful colors …love the wonderful arrangement. A fruit stand never fails to grab my eye every time I visit the market. Delicious!!! Happy Easter.

Now I know what is in season currently in NY – or are they all imported? Love it – the geometry, the colour, (or is it color over there?), the unassumed simplicity of this pic.

To tell you the truth I am not exactly sure where most of it is from but NY does wonderful home-grown apples!
